Tell us about yourself.

My energy is split between helping purpose-first companies grow + writing about how to shift the rules of the world so more can win (check it out here: https://rulebreaker.substack.com/welcome) + being with my family.

What do you consider as your biggest achievement?

I somehow picked myself up every time I fell down. It always feel so hard to do at the time - everything else I know how I did it.

What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?

Stop caring so much about what others think.

How do you stay productive and be your best self at work?

I am at times unproductive and not my best self. Slowly, I'm learning that patience is actually a virtue and perfection is an illusion.

What's your top mental health tip for when the going gets tough?

I work on things I believe in. When I have passion for something, that is where my energy comes. I learned the hard way that I can't fake passion-driven energy.

What are your top health hacks?

Ugh. I wish I knew. It's a daily thing I work on. I know I feel better when I work out every day and sleep better when I follow a pre-sleep routine but I just can't keep it day in and day out.

The only thing that has been true of me for decades now is eating well. I eat mainly plants and my body likes me for that.

How do you ensure your personal and/or family's financial wellness?

I'm frugal as f@#$. Seriously, the best way to have money is to not spend it. I buy quality things we need and will enjoy. The rest we forget.

What's your favorite fun activity?

Likely something with food - either making it or eating it, preferably in a picnic style in a park with some alcohol.

Who are your female role models and why?

My mom because like 99% of my goodness comes from her. Jacinda Ardern because she brought her baby to the UN when I was a young mother. Penny, one of the women from when I was in daycare some 33 years ago, because she - like all caregivers - dedicate their time for others (and she made these amazing oatmeal chocolate chip muffins that are like hugs in a baked good form).
